Step 1: Choose Your Product

  • Browse or Search our collections and choose between Print Products or Digital Downloads.

  • Click the product you like to read the full description and view mockups or samples.

Step 2: Add to Cart

  • Select the size, quantity, or customization (if applicable).

  • Click Add to Cart.

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout

  • Once you're ready, click the cart icon and Proceed to Checkout.

  • Fill in your shipping details (for print items) or email address (for digital products).

Step 4: Payment

  • Pay securely through the checkout page.

  • We accept GCash, Bank Transfer, and other options depending on the platform.

Step 5: Confirmation

  • Youโ€™ll receive a confirmation email or message right after placing your order.

๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ Production Time:

  • All print products are made to order.

  • Production takes 3โ€“5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

๐Ÿšš Shipping Timeline:

  • After production, shipping will take:

    • Metro Manila: 2โ€“4 business days

    • Provincial Areas: 4โ€“7 business days

๐Ÿ“ฌ Shipping Method:

  • We use trusted local courier (J&T)

  • Tracking details will be provided once shipped.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Pickup via Courier Booking (Lalamove, Grab, etc.)

  • Once your order is ready for pickup, weโ€™ll notify you.

  • You will book the courier (Lalamove, Grab, etc.)

  • You will settle the delivery payment directly with the courier.

  • Location for pickup will be shared once your order is confirmed ready.

  • Meet-ups are available within our area (exact location coordinated after order confirmation).

  • Schedule and availability will be discussed via direct message.

    • Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

    • Jishoppe Studios is not liable for delays caused by the courier, but weโ€™ll help track your parcel as needed.

    • No cancellations once production starts.

  • Files are sent instantly to your email or available for download immediately after payment confirmation.

  • If you donโ€™t receive your file within 1 hour, please contact us.

  • Most digital files are in PDF, PNG, JPG, or editable Canva links (as stated in the product description).

  • You will not receive a printed copy unless ordered separately as a physical print.
