📦 PRINT ORDERS

  • All print orders are on a payment first basis.

  • Payment Methods: GCash, Paypal, or Bank Transfer only.

  • No COD: We do not accept cash on delivery.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

  • Order Timeline: Please allow up to 24 hours for payment confirmation, processing, and delivery arrangement.

  • Payment Cut-off: Payments made after 5 PM (Monday–Friday) will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipping Method: Shipped via J&T Express. Pick-up & meet-up also available.

  • Pickup: You will book the courier via Lalamove, Grab, etc... and you will settle the payment with the courier upon delivery.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 2–3 days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. You may track your parcel via the J&T Express website.

  • Important Note: We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged parcels caused by the courier. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

💻 DIGITAL PRODUCTS

  • Payment First Policy: Digital products will only be sent after payment is confirmed.

  • Confirmation Time: Please allow up to 24 hours for payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Method: Once confirmed, a direct download link will be sent to your email or inbox.

  • No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • File Protection: Please do not share or distribute the file links. They are for personal use only.

  • Accepted Payments: GCash, Paypal or Bank Transfer only.

  • Transfer the total amount to the following account.

  • Once payment is made, take a screenshot of your transaction receipt.

  • Send the screenshot to us via Email (together with your photos/custom design).
