Do you offer customized products?

Yes! Personalization is available on selected items and packaging—names, dates, photos, messages, and more, depending on the product.

How do I place an order?

Do you accept rush orders?

Yes, if the materials and stocks are available. Rush processing fees may apply.

What are your payment methods?

We accept GCash and Bank Transfer. A reservation fee or full payment may be required for bulk orders.

How long is the processing time?

Typically 2–7 days depending on the quantity and customization. Orders with personalization may take a little longer, so it’s best to place your order in advance.

Do you ship nationwide?

Orders can be shipped via courier or picked up (if local pickup is available). Tracking details will be provided once shipped.

Do you accept bulk or event orders?

Bulk and event orders are currently unavailable. All purchases are limited to available stocks on hand. Thank you for understanding!

Return & Refund Policy.

  • Personalized and custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once produced, these items can no longer be changed or returned. All items are checked carefully before packing to ensure quality and accuracy.

  • Wrong or damaged items
    If you receive the wrong item or notice significant damage upon arrival, please send clear unboxing proof within 28 hours so we can assess and replace the item.

    • Please note that minor dents or small surface marks may naturally occur during the manufacturing process. Some of our pieces are handmade, which means tiny imperfections are normal and part of their charm — a reminder that each one is crafted with care, not mass-produced perfection. For our curated manufactured items, slight marks may also appear from production. Rest assured, we carefully inspect every item before packing to ensure it’s lovely, functional, and gift-ready.

  • No returns for changing of mind
    We do not accept returns due to personal preference or incorrect selection made by the buyer.

  • Stock-based orders only
    Limited quantities are available and replacement depends on remaining stock.
