• All orders are on a payment first basis.

• Payment Methods: GCash, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.

• No COD: We do not accept cash on delivery.

• Confirmation Time: Please allow up to 24 hours for payment confirmation.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

• Order Timeline: As soon as payment is confirmed; allow us up to 2 working days for processing and courier pick up.

• Payment Cut-off: Payments made after 5 PM (Monday–Friday) will be processed the next business day.

• Shipping Method: Shipped via J&T Express. Pick-up & meet-up also available.

• Pickup: You will book the courier via Lalamove, Grab, etc... and you will settle the payment with the courier upon delivery.

• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 2–3 days, depending on your location.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. You may track your parcel via the J&T Express website.

• Important Note: We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged parcels caused by the courier. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

• No Exchanges: Personalized and custom items are non-exchangeable. Damaged or wrong items with unboxing proof may be replaced.

• Rush Fee: ₱500 per transaction

• Lead Time: 1–3 business days (depending on product availability and approval)

• Availability: Subject to current production queue — please message us first to confirm.

  Note: Downpayment is non-refundable once work begins.
